Great value, lovely hotel, great staff.

Staff were so friendly and the lady at reception could not have been nicer or more helpful. Food at the buffet for breakfast and dinner was fab, really good value for money and lots of choice. Lovely sitting by the pool area looking out to sea with a cocktail for a bit of winter sun escape. Lovely little town, easy to get to from the airport. Only downside for us was the indoor pool was freezing and you have to pre book the saunas and steam so we didn’t get to use them. Lovely room, lovely balcony and view and would def go back.

Just that the indoor pool was too cold and not just being able to use the sauna and steam room.

Staff was very friendly, gym is relatively big for a hotel, access to tennis court was free of charge. Breakfast and dinner selection was good.

Location can be a hit or miss depending on what you expect to see and do. The location is very touristy, with bunch of souvenir stores around and no culture really.

Perfect location for an autumnal getaway

The whole experience at El Cid was great. Friendly and helpful staff, fantastic sea view room with balcony with the option for daily room cleaning, the food options at dinner were great and the drinks were reasonably priced too. We stayed at the end of October which was the perfect level of busy/quiet in the hotel and resort in general with great weather.

Wonderful

We haved room with the sea view and the sea view was amazing! We also have half board and all food was delicious. Every dinner haved different theme, so the food was different every evening. Staff was complement and very helpful. Hotel was clean and direction was great, end or start on the platja de la palma. Car rent from the reception went also great and we get our car just from the hotel parking lot when we left it too.

Any drinks not includes on dinner, not even water.

Wonderful

Really great airport hotel. Very comfortable. Great price. We used it as needed to be by the airport for a quick trip so didn't really use any facilities. Breakfast was good.

We left for an early-ish flight (8am) but breakfast didn't open until 8.30am so that was a bit annoying but as most people holiday they probably don't want to get up.

Great place to stay.

Staff were great in particular Beatriz who was efficient,friendly, knowledgeable and with a sense of humour. The buffet was good, very varied with a different theme every night. Amazing breakfast buffet. Fabulous sea views and location,close to airport and town. Lovely room and bathroom. Tea and coffee making facilities and fridge. Large balcony. Bar with entertainment. A bonus was plenty of tv channels including a wide range of English channels which is exceptional.

Nothing to dislike. Except not being able to book for longer because they are so busy.
